Google Ads Campaign Specialists Needed

I'm currently seeking expertise in Google Ads and Facebook/Instagram ads. I don't need someone to manage my advertising (unless business is good and I grow). I am looking for someone to give assistance and/or instruction. I am attaching a screenshot of what I am attempting to accomplish.

If I find someone who wants to help and I can afford you, great. if not, I am ok with doing the work myself. I just need to be told what to do.
