Google Ads Campaign Setup Assistance

I'm looking for assistance in setting up a Google Ads Campaign designed to increase website traffic.
I have created the Campaign and Ad, but it is not showing up. I have very basic Google Ads experience, and have created Ads in the past, but I need professional assistance to make this Campaign more effective.
I am looking for someone to assist with editing the existing Campaign and Ad, and also answer a few questions that I have with regards to Google Ads. Once this Campaign and Ad is working as needed, I am able to copy and edit for other locations and Ads in the future.
