Google Ads Campaign Fixing for E-commerce

Hi,
I have some campaign running for Google Ads. Since GA4 change I think they are not working properly. I cannot see the Cost per conversion anymore. We are doing Search campaigns, but not Google Shopping. Also, I know what was done can be improved by a lot.
So what I would need is:
1) Checking what is not working on my campaigns and fix it.
2) Take time for improve what is created based on your experience with ecommerce. Maybe run Google Shopping campaign but adjusted to some products. Do your research for improving whats created.
3) One everything is done, I need 2 things more: 1 document explaining how everything works and why is created that way, in maximum detail possible. It should be long document with screenshots.
4) One video call 1-2 hours that could be recorded for me, in which everything is explained in detail, why is done what is done, how I can maintain by myself and check how campaings are working. Everything i should take in consideration. I have some basic knowledge of how campaings work, so you could take in consideration medium level for this.
