Google AdWords Manager and Social Media Marketer needed

I run a small bespoke tour agency in Spain, but 75% of my clients are North Americans and the rest mainly from northern Europe and the rest of the world. Business is good mainly from Google SEO and trip advisor but I don't know how to attract younger people through Instagram, want to have a clear vision on how FB can attract business and need an ongoing Google AdWords manager. Looking for someone who really knows how to do implement all these platforms and can stay on.
