Google AdWords Grant for Non-Profits and Churches

We are a small Church located in Bogota, Colombia. We have a large monthly Google AdWords Grant and are looking for an individual or organization that can set-up multiple campaigns.

Our primary language will be Spanish (we can supply the translations if needed) and our second language would be English.

We have several specific marketing targets that we want to reach and Google has indicated that we will need to achieve at least a 7% CTR in order to keep this grant.
