Google ADS/PPC Specialist

I’m looking for a Google ADS/PPC Specialist to help me create an effective and efficient campaign. I need somebody with expertise in Google Search Ads, so they can focus on this particular area. I have some ideas in mind but no previous campaigns to reference. This is going to be a one time project, so I am just looking for someone to help me set up the campaign and give me advice on how to make it successful. I may need more assistance in the future, so therefore I am actively looking for a reliable and competent Google Ads/PPC Specialist for this task.
