We are a real estate agency in Turkey and we sell holiday and investment property in Turkey to German speaking audience in Germany , Austria , Switzerland...
Currently we have 2 developments totaling 25 units which we like to sell to this audience in the next 4 - 5 months.
? Our goal :
To generate high quality leads from Search ads. We would like to reach the audience who are actively searching for real estate in Alanya - Antalya area of Turkey.
ℹ️ We will look into Youtube and Display ads once we start getting good results from Search ads.
Your responsibilities:
?Campaign Strategy & Implementation:
- Design and launch effective German Google Ads campaigns aimed at generating qualified leads.
- Segment target audiences, choose Appropriate keywords, and set bid strategies to optimize for conversions.
- Write compelling ad copy that resonates with our target audience and drives a high click-through rate.
?Performance Analysis & Optimization:
- Monitor campaign performance regularly using Google Analytics and Google Ads dashboards.
- Analyze key metrics such as Click Through Rate (CTR), Cost Per Click (CPC), Conversion Rate, and Cost Per Acquisition (CPA) and which keywords drive best conversions.
- Make data-driven decisions to optimize campaigns for improved performance and ROI.
? Budget Management:
Stay in touch with me and my in house ad manager for daily budget information.
? Qualifications & Skills ( very important ):
- You must have over 5 years Experience running google ads search campaigns for lead generation
- You must have knowledge of How to run A-B test for landing pages
- You must have knowledge on how to improve CRO
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.,
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.
? Collaboration & Reporting:
Work closely with other members of the marketing team to align strategies and maximize results.
Provide regular ( twice a week ) updates and detailed reports on campaign performance, insights, and recommendations
?❗️This is not a simple find keywords and launch ads job post. This is only for the EXPERTS who can bring results in competitive markets.
? We already have an active google ads account in which we have ran German ads couple of times so there is some data to be analyzed which could give you some ideas about what works what doesn't etc...
