GTM GA4 Setup

I have a landing page that I'll be sending PPC traffic to -- I need a form submission tracked with appropriate goals in GA4 as well as two phone numbers that can be clicked to be tracked as goals as well.

Very simple -- Need completed in the next few hours.

GTM and GA already set up.
