Fixing Google Merchant Center - Misrepresentation issue

Hi
my website is built in Shopify and the team at Google Merchant Center is saying there is Mispreprentation issues with various countries, and the site not loading there.
They are saying that my website is not able to be accessed from some countries such as Brazil, Singapore and California.
I have purchased a VPN and the website loads fine from there in all 3 locations.
Anyone have any ideas or experience with this?
