Fix suspicious Payments on google ads

Hi there,

I have run into issues with launching new ads on my new google ads account.

The specific issue is saying: "Your account is suspended: We've detected suspicious payments in your account."

I have appealed it 3 times with Google and they say there is no suspension on the account.

However, it continues to show inside my ads manager. Plus, an ad that I submitted 4-5 days ago is still pending.

I don't know why this issue is happening when it's a new account, with $0 spend?

I'm looking for an EXPERIENCED Google Ads specialist who knows why this could be happening and most importantly - how to resolve it.

Should be an easy job for an experienced person.
