Fix Google ads suspended account

Hi, our google account was suspended with "Your account is suspended: Your account violated the Circumventing systems policy."

I tried to raise an appeal but they did not approve it. I tried to create a new account, but they also suspended those accounts.

Do you think you can help with this?
