Fix Google Adwords

my Google AdWords account has 2 x campaigns. I adjusted the CCP and Budget on both as last month the campaign was too expensive. Now the ads are not running as its saying the "Bid Strategy Misconfigured". I need someone to show me where i went wrong, and how to fix it. I also need the same person to check the campaigns as i noticed that my ads are showing up in searches that arent relevant to my websites.
