Job Title: PPC & Google/Bing Campaign Expert
Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled PPC & Campaign Expert to manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads and Bing Ads for “Lead generation Process”. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in creating, managing, and analyzing successful PPC campaigns that drive traffic, generate leads, and maximize ROI.
The PPC Expert must assume full responsibility for campaign setup and address any issues that arise.
A daily short meeting is required to address the current project and its obstacles.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute PPC strategies across Google and Bing platforms.
• Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities.
• Create and optimize ad copy, landing pages, and bid strategies for performance improvements.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze metrics, and provide actionable insights.
• Manage budgets effectively to ensure cost efficiency while achieving goals.
• Stay updated with industry trends, algorithm changes, and best practices.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in PPC campaign management (Google Ads & Bing Ads).
• Strong knowledge of keyword tools, analytics platforms, and tracking systems.
• Expertise in performance analysis, reporting, and data-driven decision-making.
• Google Ads and/or Bing Ads certification is a plus.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
Pay out conditions:
1. Pay Rate - $5/Hr
2. Handling Bing & Google ad account would be Prime responsibility
3. One-hour daily basis for long term (1 Year or more)
4. Working time one hr between 8:30 Pm IST till 12:30 Am IST = 11 Am EST till 3 Pm Est = 10 Am CST till 2 Pm CST = 8 Am PST till 12 Pm PST = 1 AM AEST till 5 AM AEST
5. A bonus of $250 USD per month would be awarded if 30 successful lead calls per day could be generated.
6. On contractual basis $1000 USD per month would be paid per month if average 30 successful lead calls per day could be generated. (which is $250/Week)
