Expert Google Ads Manager Needed for Adult Toys Site

Summary
Job Title: Marketing Specialist – PPC (Restricted eCommerce, might need cloaking)
Location: Remote (Must be available during US Eastern Time hours)
Job Type: Freelance
Project Duration: Ongoing with performance-based extensions
Start Date: ASAP

Responsibilities:
- Set up, manage, and optimize campaigns on compliant ad platforms (Google Ads) / Cloaking(?)
- Research and test ad copy, landing pages, and creative
- Monitor ad performance metrics and ROI, and make data-driven improvements
- Identify new opportunities in platforms that allow restricted eCommerce ads

Analytics & Reporting:
- Set up conversion tracking (Google Tag Manager, GA4, etc.)
- Provide weekly performance reports with clear KPIs

Skills & Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience with PPC for eCommerce
- Strong understanding of compliance and policy restrictions
- Proven success working with restricted product categories
- Experience with cloaking if necessary.
- Hands-on experience with GA4, Google Ads, etc.
- Ability to set up and interpret conversion tracking and custom events
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Must be available during US Eastern Time working hours (9am–5pm EST)
- Self-driven with the ability to work independently and deliver results

Deliverables:
- Weekly performance reports for PPC (clicks, conversions, cost, ROI)
- Ad campaigns launched within first 7 days
