Entry level advertiser to manage and post Ads on Google and Social media

Hi, I have a drop shipping website that I’m looking to promote. I’m looking for a advertiser that helps me promote my business on Social media such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and Google and update and manage them weekly.
This project requires a basic 6 hours work weekly, will increase weekly hours based on performance.
