Ecommerce - Google Ads/Shopping Expert

Looking for someone to run google ads + Google shopping ads for an Ecommerce store

I have the basics already setup i am looking for weekly optimisations as well as new ads/offers/display ads and retargeting setup

Plus a weekly report with what has been done and what is being done..

Also ideally I would like an audit of the account first and then a written report on what you suggest the ad account needs.
