Develop PPC Campaigns Setting up tracking templates with Competitor & Keywords Analysis

Hi there,
I'm looking for someone to setup the campaigns for the company, setup tracking template, build audience and do Competitor & Keywords Analysis and setup report with good ROI and manage the campaigns regularly with monthly management fee for a budget of £500-£1000/ month
The person should have experience on working with UK based client and should have better understanding of the UK market. Understanding of multi-location campaigns would be an added value.
Needs to start the campaign asap.
