On Demand Support For Facebook, Google Advertising

I need an expert in Facebook Ads Manager & Google Adwords to provide ON DEMAND support to me. This person needs a semi open availability during the work day (8AM-6PM CST) to answer questions on Google And Facebook advertising issues we face. This is a HOURLY BILLED position, with time billed for time worked. Some days the position may only require minutes, while other days the position may require hours.

This role is for someone to be basically our personal Facebook Ads and Google Adwords SUPPORT advisor.
This role is NOT for someone to manage our ads / programs, rather provide CONSULTATION and SUPPORT.
