Create Google Ad campaign for regional tourism project

Looking for someone to manage Google ad campaigns for next 6-9 months, and possibly beyond. Campaign is for a regional tourism destination in the United States and includes a national park and other scenic attractions. We are interested in working with an individual that speaks English clearly and understandably. A contract will be given based on a prior screen share conversation via Google Meet.
