Project Description: Change Google & Microsoft Ads Feed from Magento 2 to Shopify
Background:
Our Google Ads /Microsoft Ads campaigns were previously managed by Logical Position. We recently terminated this agreement, but we want to make sure that the connection between Shopify & Google/Microsoft is set up and not going to cause issues.
Skills and Experience:
- Experience with Shopify platform (our old feed came from Magento 2 so some knowledge here might be a plus)
- Knowledge of GoDataFeed and Google & YouTube App integration
- Familiarity with managing Google and Microsoft ads feed
- Ability to handle data migration and synchronization between platforms
Project Requirements:
1. Transition the Google and Microsoft ads feed management from Magento 2 (using GoDataFeed) to Shopify (using Google & YouTube App)
2. Ensure seamless integration and synchronization of the ads feed between Shopify and the respective advertising platforms
3. Optimize the ads feed to maximize visibility and performance on Google and Microsoft platforms
4. Resolve any errors in Google Merchant Center and Microsoft
Steps I have already completed:
1. I have set up and configured the Google & YouTube App in Shopify for managing ads feeds
2. We have already migrated our store to Shopify
3. In addition we have imported the products into Google Merchant Center from Shopify
Timeline:
- The transition needs to be completed immediately, without any delay or downtime for the ads campaigns.
