Certified SEO and Google Adwords

Hi,
I am looking for a certified SEO and Google Adwords independent professional (or representing a company) to manage my various projects as ongoing basis. The professional must have very good communication skill, and be reliable and available at least 6 days a week for speedy communication.

KPI will be setup for different projects and the professional must deliver the KPI for an ongoing basis.

I am looking for those, who have proven track record of delivering SEO and Google Adwords projects.
