Build a blog - Ezoic / Affilate Marketing

I am looking for someone to build a website that integrates with E-Zoic to generate advertising and affiliate marketing revenue. The ideal candidate will have a portfolio of previous work including building blogs that have integrated with advertising/affiliate marketing programs as well as great SEO.

This will be an Arabic-only blog so it needs to be built with Arabic and Mobile in mind.
