Audit Search Engine Marketing Account

We have a long established Google SEM Account, but are looking for someone to do a deep dive audit. Looking to see where we have holes, what's missing, what's set up incorrectly, help with conversion tracking, etc. After auditing, go over results with me to determine what recommendations we want to pursue that make the most sense for our business, and then actually implement them.
