Adwords campaigns

The primary goal of this project is to increase sales and I need an expert to make this happe . I do have an existing Adwords account and many past campaigns with a lot of campaign and traffic history to help the work. I will provide clear directions and help to focus on right things. We had great sales in the past and need to recover that. This budget is set up the campaigns and then maintain/adjust them to grow sales.
