Adwords Tutor -- 2

Need an expert on google adwords ( possible with some years of experience).

this tutor will guide me to setup the tracking of the conversion (webform that a customer will compile and submit)
and have a ROI based metric.

WIll check if the ads are well setup and give suggestions and tips.

i am italian. i can speak english and setup ads in english.
