Adwords/Facebook Advertising Expert Needed -- 2

As the post describes, we need a PPC expert for both Adwords and FB.
We are currently seeing a 1250% ROAS for our google account, but we used to have over 1500% - we need someone that can get us back to that level and even higher.
We are currently only advertising in Google, so we would like to ad FB/Insta as well.
