Adwords Expert Needed - Conversions Suddenly Stopped

I have an established Adwords account. On August 20 my conversions suddenly stopped and the daily spend went down to zero. I have requested technical support from Google, but their suggestions have not helped. I have not made any major changes to cause this problem. I have only increased my budget. I need an Adwords expert to review my account and make necessary changes to get the campaigns working again.
