Adwords Expert to Help with Adwords, Campaigns, and Conversions

I am looking for an Adwords expert to walk me through the way to measure the conversions correctly, know more about which campaign is generating the best result, which one is sending the correct users to the targeted page, suggest better ways to run the campaigns, etc. The selected freelancer will login to my PC remotely to do all this.
