Adwords/Analytics Conversion goals not working..need diagnosis

My google Adwords/Analytics Conversion goals were working about 2 months ago, but when I made a few changes, like adding a tracking template URL and parameters, Conversions were NO LONGER showing up in Adwords...though they are showing up in Analytics.
Please ONLT BID if you are an Adwords/Analytics EXPERT or you will not be considered. This issue needs to be diagnosed and fixed in an hour from now...which is very possible.
