Ads manager for facebook - Google - Instagram

Hi there,
I have an eCommerce website, and all Facebook pixel and Google ads have already been set up.
I'm looking for someone ( or some team ) with a good experience in different platforms so we can have a good ROI.
The website has been up for a couple of years and I ran several campaigns on both Google and Facebook ( and Instagram) but didn't have good ROI.

I'm looking for someone with good skills not only in creating Ads contents ( I have some product videos and pics, but it might be NOT enough) but also, in creating and painting high conversion campaigns and SEO.
