I'm looking for an experienced Ads Campaign Manager to create and set up sales-focused ads for a CRM campaign. This includes the full process from campaign setup, audience targeting, and ad management, to ongoing optimization. I will pay for the initial ad setup, but I want to structure ongoing support and optimization, including pixel setup and retargeting, on a commission basis. It's important to me that I know exactly what I’m paying for upfront—such as how many ads will be created, how many audiences will be targeted, and the specific assets (e.g., how many ads, images, videos, audiences, etc what all will you do for your setup price). I need confirmation that you’ll continue to maintain and optimize the ads based on a commission structure and also provide insights on the best budget for maximizing results.

Do not bid if you do not agree to continued support on a commission based the product is a CRM with monthly prices STARTING at $100 and yearly prices at $1k (you can earn residual commission on this) also do you have a portfolio of previous ads ran where you were able to turn a profit for the client ?
