I need someone who can get me a google adsense account created and activated

I am looking for someone who can help me create and activate a Google AdSense account with a new domain. I am located in Pakistan and have not applied for a Google AdSense account before.

Requirements:
- Experience in creating and activating Google AdSense accounts
- Knowledge of the Google AdSense application process
