Google AdSense Help and Traffic Boosting to WP Site

I have a WordPress site (whats-your-sign.com) that was on a 3rd-party ad provider. I removed them, and am now trying to go back to Google Adsense, but having trouble getting ads up on the site. I have global placements set up - I just need to know what I'm doing wrong (why Google ads aren't showing).

I am also looking for a freelancer who can help me optimize my Google AdSense strategy for my site. My primary goal is to generate revenue from website traffic, and increase traffic.

My traffic has diminished over the last year. I want to know exactly why this is, and I need an expert to tell me what to do to reverse this downward trend in traffic.

I use Yoast and an analytics tool (Ubersuggest) for mining keywords and analyzing traffic, but my numbers are still low.

If we work well together, I may also need help modifying/customizing the paid theme I am using for the site.

Skills and experience required:
