Low Adsense CPC compared to CPC of my competitors

Hi. My name is Martin and I run a website in Slovakia where people can view online leaflets of well-known chains that sell food, electronics, furniture and the like.

I have Adsense ads on the web, but my problem is that the average cost-per-click is only 0.05 €. It's been like this for 11 months.

My competitors (3 other competing flyer sites) have very similar sites with very similar content, but with twice the CPC - up to 0.12 / 0.13 €.

I would like to ask you if it is possible for you to make an analysis of my site, where I make the most significant mistake compared to our competitors, and how to improve my CPC in Adsense.
