Help Getting Google Adsense Monitization

Hello, I'm looking for someone to help me get monetized via Google Adsense on my website. Traffic is relatively low at this stage, with less than 10,000 being seen each month. I don't have any existing ad placements, so I'm looking for assistance with that too. The focus of the website is mainly news and blog posts.
