Have website reinstated or re-indexed with google - and reinstated google ads

google will not run my ads any longer. There was some malware - we thought we had fixed it - but google still would not run the ads. Lot's of work was done through a freelancer developer to fix the site and now want it re-indexed with google and ads reinstated.
