Google ads not working since 2 months( involving malicious actors)

Google ads not working since 2 month and getting repeated email form google ads-

I am XXXXX, a Google Ads Specialist. I understand you are concerned about the campaigns not serving. I reviewed them and please note:-

Due to a recent event involving malicious actors, we’re temporarily modifying what ads are eligible for serving in affected regions to protect the ads ecosystem. This may have led to unintended impact on good advertisers. We are working to resolve this issue and reduce any further impact to good advertisers.

There is currently no way to appeal this decision and this ad will remain ineligible to serve.
