Google Ads Manager for Lawyer

My client is a criminal defense lawyer in San Diego and is looking to have someone manage his Google Ads campaign. He does not have a large budget to begin with but is open to increasing if the campaign does well.

I am looking for someone with prior experience working with criminal defense lawyers, and understands this particular industry. Needs to be open, knowledgeable and responsive when handling ad campaigns. Needs to be able to show past legal client metrics or KPI's whether that be aggregated data or screenshots from actual account.
