Delete Adsense code from blog

I'd like to start fresh with the ads on my blog. So, I'd like to delete all of the current Google Adsense code. I'll then create new Adsense ads. So, I want to make sure that you only delete the current Adsense code on my blog and that it doesn't affect my ability to publish new Adsense ads on it.
