Blog AdSense Optimization & Setup

I've got several personal, hobby blogs on Blogger and an existing AdSense account. I've previously attempted setting it up, but I'm not convinced it's working correctly. I also don't understand how/if Google Analytics plays a role in how AdSense advertisement placement works.

- I need a professional who can ensure that my current blog is optimally set up for AdSense, troubleshoot any potential issues, and set up the system on my other two blogs.
- Experience with AdSense is a must, as is familiarity with the blog platform.
- A track record of successfully setting up and optimizing AdSense for blogs is highly desirable.
