ADMANAGER ADS implemention

I am looking for someone to help me with the implementation of ADMANAGER ads for a personal project. I have prior experience with AdManager, however I need help setting up ads, optimizing, and testing performance. The scope of this project is limited to ADMANAGER ads implementation. I am looking for an experienced professional that can quickly troubleshoot and make modifications as necessary. The end product should be ads that are efficient and up to industry standards.
