We provide B2B enterprise solutions for global hiring and Employer-of-Record services, and our goal is to generate high-quality, qualified enquiries from decision-ready organisations. We are looking for an experienced Paid Ads Expert to manage, optimise, and scale campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, Meta, Quora, and Reddit.

The role includes campaign setup with audience targeting (CXOs, HR leaders), funnel mapping, and conversion tracking; ad management with 5 - 6 creatives per month (statics, carousels, ugc reel). content we will provide. A/B testing, and continuous optimisation; and performance monitoring with weekly tracking, retargeting, scaling high-performing campaigns, and monthly reporting.

Deliverables include fully managed and optimised campaigns, professional creatives each month, and a predictable, scalable lead generation pipeline. The ideal candidate should have proven B2B lead generation experience, expertise in LinkedIn, Google, Meta, Quora, and Reddit ads, strong landing page optimisation and retargeting skills, and a portfolio with measurable results.
