Our company’s Google Business profile still shows the old address and is marked “Permanently closed.” I have the correct new address ready to go, but the listing itself has never been claimed.
Your task: claim and verify the Google Business Profile, replace the address with the one I will provide, and change the status back to “Open.” Please handle any postcard, phone, or video verification steps that Google may require and keep me updated throughout the process. Once the changes are live, send a brief confirmation with screenshots or a screen-share link so I can see the update myself.
