Southeast Asian Virtual Assistant for Marketing Agency
Budget: $8 – $15 USD
Hi, I'm looking for a Virtual Assistant to help out with my solo marketing agency based in Melbourne Australia.
I'm looking for people ideally based in Southeast Asia - so Phillipines, Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, Veitnam etc. just because the timezones work best, but that's not a deal-breaker if you have the right skills.
Looking for someone ideally with some basic understanding of
- Meta Ads
- Google Ads
But please note you will NOT be running campaigns initially - it will be mostly admin work and if you're interested we can train up to start running your own ads campaigns over time.
For Meta ads access, it's important that you MUST have a personal Facebook account, so I can add you as a user to my own Meta Business Manager account.
Other useful skills experience include
- graphic design skills (this would be a BIG bonus, so make sure you mention any skills in this area - I don't expect you to be a full time designer, but if you've got basic skills or better in this area that would plug a big skills gap for me)
- search engine optimisation
- email marketing
- accounts and invoicing
- social media scheduling (this isn't actually a service I currently offer so is the least important of these skills - if your experience is mostly in social media scheduling this probably is not the role for you)
Most important is STRONG English language skills.
And what I find is the rarest and most important skill for a Freelancer to have - and that's accountability. I want someone who will ask questions if they're not sure how best to perform a task, who can quickly understand a job brief, and who keeps me updated regularly on the work that they are doing.
This will be an ongoing role for the right person - I've been through a period of strong growth and now I need someone to help me continue to grow.
Looking for someone who can quote me a good hourly rate, but I'm not looking for the cheapest person - I'm looking for the person who best meets this job description.
