Shopify Growth Marketing Manager

We are a fast-growing US-based printing company specializing in DTF Transfers and UV DTF Stickers. We are looking for a skilled and reliable Digital Marketing Manager to handle our online growth.

Our goal is to increase website traffic, improve SEO rankings, and scale our paid advertising profitably.

Responsibilities:
Manage and improve SEO (on-page + technical + content)
Optimize existing Shopify website for conversion & ranking
Create and manage Google Ads & Meta Ads campaigns
Manage Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook accounts
Create and schedule engaging content (posts, reels, videos)
Run and optimize ad campaigns with ROI focus
Keyword research (especially “near me” and local SEO)
Track performance and provide weekly reports

Requirements:
Proven experience in Shopify & Ecommerce marketing
Strong knowledge of SEO (technical + content)
Experience with Google Ads & Facebook Ads
Ability to create or manage social media content
Experience working with US-based businesses
Understanding of conversion optimization (CRO)

Bonus Skills (Preferred):
Experience in print / apparel / POD industry
Knowledge of local SEO strategies
Experience scaling ads with ROAS focus
Basic design or video editing skills
