Hi everyone,
I'm having an issue with conversion tracking between Shopify and Google Ads.
Sales are coming through on my store, and tracking works fine in Google Analytics. However, conversions are not being recorded in Google Ads, even though real purchases are happening.
Also, I'm seeing a high click-through rate on Google Ads, but those clicks don’t seem to match the data in my Shopify dashboard. It seems like the conversions are not being tracked properly.
I suspect the problem might be related to the Shopify thank you page, which could be preventing the Google Ads conversion tag from firing correctly.
Has anyone experienced something similar or has any advice? Thanks in advance for your help!
