Restore Google Ads Conversion Tracking

My Google Ads account has stopped registering conversions completely. I rely on both Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager, yet no sales, leads, or form-fills are appearing in the Google Ads interface. I’m not even sure whether the conversion actions were configured correctly in the first place.

Here’s what I need:
• Audit the current setup in Google Ads, Tag Manager, and Analytics.
• Confirm or create the right conversion actions for web leads and purchases.
• Fix or rebuild the tags/triggers so every genuine conversion is captured and attributed.
• Prove the fix by running test conversions and showing the data populate live in the Ads dashboard.
