Resolve google merchant errors

I have the following errors on my merchant account that I need resolved
1. Account suspended due to policy violation: Misrepresentation
2. Account suspended due to policy violation: Shopping ads policies

Account was suspended first for the google ads error. I fixed the google ads account and submitted a review, but the error came back with the second error of misrepresentation
