A false one-star comment has appeared on my Google Business Profile and it is already hurting enquiries for my local service company. I flagged it through the dashboard, completed Google’s dispute form and waited for their decision, however the review is still showing.
I am looking for someone who knows Google’s policy wording inside out, understands the support escalation channels and can present a solid case—whether through a content violation claim, legal removal request or other proven method—until the review is taken down for good. The job is complete only when the review disappears from the live listing or when I receive written confirmation from Google that it has been deleted.
