Recruit Remote Google Ads Team
Budget: $10,000 – $20,000 USD
I’m assembling a fully remote team to strengthen our Google Ads presence and want three specialists working in sync:
• Campaign Manager – structures accounts, optimises bids, oversees performance
• Keyword Researcher – uncovers profitable terms with tools such as Keyword Planner, Semrush, etc.
• Ad Copy Writer – crafts high-CTR, policy-compliant headlines and descriptions
Every candidate must be certified in Google Ads, able to handle sizeable ad budgets confidently, and demonstrate strong analytical thinking. When you respond, please share your certification link, typical monthly spend you’ve managed, and one concise success story that highlights measurable results.
Work is 100 % remote with flexible hours; we’ll stay aligned through Slack and a short weekly video call. Short-listed freelancers will complete a paid test relevant to the role. Ongoing engagement will be on a rolling monthly basis.

1. Initial account audit with an actionable road-map
2. Weekly optimisation reports (Looker Studio)
3. Noticeable ROAS or CPA improvement within the first 30 days
